Before you book
Still curious? Reach out — we are happy to walk through the details.
We ask for your contracts, handbook, pay records and any recent correspondence with staff on HR matters. A short call beforehand helps us agree the scope. Most clients send everything through a secure shared folder within a week.
For a business of up to fifty staff, we typically complete the review within ten working days of receiving your documents. Larger or multi-site employers take longer, and we agree a timetable with you before starting.
No visit is normally required. We work remotely from the records you provide. Where a site visit genuinely helps, for example on shift patterns, we arrange it separately and tell you the cost in advance.
The report goes only to the named contacts you nominate. Files are held on encrypted storage and deleted on an agreed date. We do not share your documents with anyone outside the audit team.
We are auditors, not solicitors, so we do not give legal advice or act for you in proceedings. Where a finding looks serious, we say so plainly and suggest you take it to a qualified employment lawyer.
We quote a fixed fee once we know your headcount and the number of sites involved. You receive the figure in writing before any work starts. There are no hourly rates and no charges for follow-up questions on the report.
How does it run?
You send us an enquiry through the site with a short outline of your business. We reply within two working days to arrange a scoping call.
On the call we agree the sites, staff groups and documents in scope. You then receive a written fixed-fee quote and a document checklist.
Our auditors work through your contracts, policies and records against current legislation. Every finding is recorded with the regulation it relates to.
You receive the findings report ranked by urgency, an action plan, and a debrief call to talk through the priorities with your managers.
