This Privacy Policy explains how LJB PUBS LTD handles information in connection with the Android application Supportelse Business Review, which is distributed under the package name uk.co.supportelse.business.pubs.flow. Supportelse Business Review is a calculation-first local workbench for pub and hospitality operators. It helps you model an indicative trading picture — sales, margins, labour, fixed costs, break-even points, and quiet, typical and busy ranges — from the figures you enter, with results and planning prompts computed on your own device. The outputs are indicative, exploratory and non-binding.
Supportelse Business Review keeps the information you work with inside the application's own storage on your Android device. This local content is not automatically transmitted to the developer as part of the core workflow. It may include the following:
The calculations the application performs — margins, labour costs, break-even figures and trading ranges — are carried out on your device using the inputs you provide. The company does not receive that local content, and the application does not require personal identity information such as your name, postal address or account details in order to work.
Local content is whatever you choose to enter into it. Free-text fields, scenario names and any figures you record may contain personal information if you put it there, and that content remains on your device rather than being passed automatically to the developer.
If you contact the company by email, the company receives your email address and whatever your message contains. That is ordinary correspondence and is separate from the workflow data the application holds locally.
The application allows you to export or share locally generated summaries. This happens only when you initiate it, through Android system actions such as the share sheet, and you decide what is exported and where it goes. Local data remains on the device unless you choose to export, copy or share it.
Once a summary has been exported, the resulting file remains wherever you have saved or sent it. The company does not receive a copy and does not keep one.
Some actions in the application open services outside it. These may include opening a web browser and opening your email client, and they occur only when you select them. Those external services operate under their own privacy practices, and the company does not control how they handle information.

You can delete individual saved scenarios within the application, and you can clear all locally stored data from within the application as well. Removing the application from your device also removes the local content held by it.
Everything the application produces is indicative, locally calculated and based entirely on the inputs you supply. The results are exploratory planning aids, not an official forecast, valuation or lending determination, and they are not a substitute for formal professional, legal, financial, insurance, regulatory or other advice.
You remain responsible for how you interpret the figures and for any decisions you take on the basis of them. Where a decision carries commercial, legal or regulatory consequences, take appropriate professional advice.
Local content stays on your device until you delete it, clear the application's local data, or uninstall the application. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them, and the company holds no copy of either.
Local app content is kept within the application's own storage on the device and is not held on company servers. Protecting the device itself — for example with the screen lock you configure — remains with you.
The application is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such information is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it or otherwise address the situation.
